Welcome to A-List Extensions. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 

1. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in United States Dollar (USD).

  • Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Payment

  • Full payment is required before any goods are dispatched, with the exception of Afterpay.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Afterpay.

  • We're still working to accept Paypal and Venmo.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs are a flat rate for all orders.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and product(s) chosen.

  • We are not responsible for any shipping delays.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns on products that are damaged upon arrival – provide images. 

    • You will be fully refunded for products after they have completed transit back to the seller.

    • Partial refund if product is kept by consumer.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt – this includes all contents of the order (melting band, satin bag, extensions, edge brush, etc).

  • We do not accept exchanges.

  • Our liability for any product purchased through our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product plus shipping.
